Why is my document not printing?

Make sure you are using the Print command from the InfoTools menu or the Print button from the ebrary Reader toolbar. Using your browser's Print command or button will not work.

If you used the correct command/button to print, then the printer may not be set up correctly. Please refer to the Printer Troubleshooting Guide for some basic troubleshooting, or refer to your printer documentation.

Why is only one copy of each page printing?

You can only print one copy of a page per session. This is in accordance with our Terms of Service.

How do I know if my printer is supported?

Printers must have a resolution of 300 dpi (dots per inch) or higher. To ensure that your printer meets this specification, refer to your printer manual and/or documentation. You can also check the printer's technical specifications on the manufacturer's web site.
It is recommended that you use the latest printer drivers directly from the printer manufacturer for optimal performance.

  • Try printing the first page of your print job.
  • If the problem persists after trying the above, then select the setting of "speed" instead of "quality" on the Print Confirmation Dialog.
